General
rule of thumb regarding length of service:
Reception: 4 hours
Cocktails & Reception: 5 hours
Guest Arrival, Ceremony, Cocktails & Reception: 6 hours
Weddings: on Saturdays: Because of demand, Saturdays are the most expensive day of the week.
However, rates
are not hard and fast, there is definitely room for negotiation.
Please

the quote request so Jeff can get you an exact event-specific price.
Weddings: non-Saturdays: It is 100% certain that you will have either Jeff, Cheryl or Parris
servicing your event.
Two-Tier Pricing explained:
- Top Tier: You lock
via contract the specific person (either Jeff, Cheryl or Parris) to
service your event.
This is a fixed rate no matter how many hours your event lasts which allows up to six hours and up to 4 speakers + a subwoofer.
- Lower Tier: Jeff
assigns the servicing DJ for your event. During phone consult after you
have completed the Price Quote form, Jeff will tell you the percentage
possibility for having one of the top-tier folks service your event if
you still opt to do lower-tier.
- Lower-Tier DJ assignment: usually occurs
no
later than 5 weeks prior to your event and corresponds with the
6
weeks prior due date of the Planner-Script. Once Jeff
receives
the script he converts it into the one-page order of events 1st draft
and at that point has enough information to assign your servicing DJ.
It is guaranteed that you will be able to meet with whomever
is
assigned. In all the years we have been doing it this way, we have
never had a client request a different DJ after either meeting with or
even just having a phone consultation with the assigned DJ. This speaks
volumes for Jeff's hiring process which is detailed in the first few
bullets on the FAQ page.
If you choose
to book with us,
payments and deposits are based on contract total and work like
this:
25% of total contract as deposit due with your signed contract.
(Deposits are non-refundable.)
Remaining balance: please refer to your contract.
