Wedding Rates For Saturdays: these are not hard and fast, there is some room for negotiation.
                                    Friday/Sunday rates are significantly less because of less demand.
                                   Please complete the quote request so Jeff can calculate your non-Saturday rate.

Saturday Top Tier Lock Rate: DC/NOVA/Baltimore/Philadelphia=$1600  (Locking Jeff, Cheryl or Parris)
                                NYC/SoCal=$3000
Saturday Lower Tier Rate: DC/NOVA/Baltimore/Philadelphia=$700-$1200 
                                        NYC/SoCal=$2000-$2500
(The possibility that Jeff, Cheryl or Parris will service your event is 10% during the months of May-June & September-November; that possibility increases to 50% during the non-listed months.)

Wedding Rates for non-Saturdays:    It is 95% certain that you will have either Jeff, Cheryl or Parris servicing your event.  
                                    Rates are nearly always the same as the Lower Tier rate for Saturday.  Shorter than usual, or less responsiblilty
                                    than usual may result in a rate that is less than the bottom of the Lower Tier range.

Two-Tier Pricing explained further:  

• Top Tier: You lock via contract the specific person (either Jeff, Cheryl or Parris) to service your event.  
  This is a fixed rate no matter how many hours your event lasts.  
• Lower Tier:  Jeff assigns the servicing DJ for your event.  This usually occurs no later than 5 weeks prior to your event and corresponds with the  6 weeks prior due date of the Planner-Script.  Once Jeff receives the script he converts it into the one-page order of events 1st draft and at that point has enough information to assign your servicing DJ.  It is guaranteed that you will be able to meet with whomever is assigned. In all the years we have been doing it this way, we have never had a client request a different DJ after either meeting with or even just having a phone consultation with the assigned DJ. This speaks volumes for Jeff's hiring process which is detailed in the first few bullets on the FAQ page.

If you choose to book with us, payments and deposits are based on contract total and work like this:
25% of total contract as deposit due with your signed contract. (Deposits are non-refundable.)
Remaining balance: please refer to your contract.

After you have completed the quotes form, Jeff will prepare a written quote that will include exact amounts for all three.
